Chairman's Reserve Finest St. Lucia Rum THE FORGOTTEN CASKS is produced at the renowned St. Lucia Distillery. In May 2007, the distillery was partially destroyed by a devastating fire, but many valuable rums were saved. As the available storage facilities were too small to accommodate all the rescued rum barrels, provisional spaces were used for their storage.

Some of these barrels were forgotten and only rediscovered many years later – hence the name “The Forgotten Casks.” This long and unforeseen maturation has given Chairman's Reserve Rum unique and complex aromas, making it a very special spirit. The discovery of these forgotten casks led to a limited special edition that is equally popular among rum connoisseurs and enthusiasts.

Due to the additional maturation time in the special storage locations, the rum develops a distinctive taste profile, rich in depth and complexity.
