The Glencadam Distillery, founded in 1825 by George Cooper in the Scottish town of Angus, draws its water from the Barry Burn. After being sold to Angus Dundee Plc. in 2003, the distillery expanded its portfolio from a 15-year-old whisky to a full product line by 2009.

The Glencadam Reserva de Madeira is a premium Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky that achieves special depth and complexity through its maturation in Madeira wine casks. The 15-year-old Glencadam Reserva de Madeira, distilled in 2008, first matured in American oak ex-Bourbon casks before being finished in Madeira wine casks.

These impart rich, fruity notes that perfectly harmonize with the creamy and spicy aromas. Bottled at natural color and without chill filtration at 46% Vol., this whisky preserves its full, unadulterated flavors.
