Monin Gummi-Arabicum Syrup is a high-quality texturiser and emulsifier that plays a key role in professional beverage preparation. Unlike the brand’s classic, flavoured syrups, this syrup has no flavour of its own, but is used to specifically adjust the consistency of cocktails, coffee specialities and non-alcoholic drinks.
