This twelve-year-old Bowmore whisky matured for over a decade in carefully selected European oak casks that previously held noble Oloroso sherry, as well as in American oak casks that previously stored bourbon. A final finish in European Oloroso sherry casks completes the maturation process and lends it its unmistakable complexity.
