Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating grapevines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has steadily evolved. After farming their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionized grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th-century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

The Bottega Amaro Elixir with Alpine herbs embodies a rich tradition and combines the creativity and passion of a company that has been dedicated to the art of liqueurs for generations. Made with extracts and distillates that tell the story of the region and its fruits, this elixir consists of a carefully composed blend of about 30 botanicals. These include Alpine herbs, flowers, spices, and berries such as gentian, absinthe, lemon balm, juniper, star anise, mugo pine, nettle, elderflower, thyme, mint, blackberry, raspberry, and blackcurrant.
