The Kracher winery is located in the "Seewinkel" region in Burgenland, Austria. Thanks to the warm and humid climate, evaporation from the lake, and evening fogs, ideal conditions are created here for Botrytis cinerea, the basis for outstanding sweet wines such as Beerenauslesen and Trockenbeerenauslesen. Gerhard Kracher continues to run the winery with the same dedication. In addition to the famous Trockenbeerenauslesen, the winery also offers Beerenauslesen, Auslesen, Eiswein, and small quantities of dry white and red wine, and is considered one of Austria's most renowned wineries.

Liliac & Kracher Ice Wine is made from 100% Feteasca Regala grapes. It is aged in stainless steel tanks, followed by a 4-month maturation period during which the wine develops its characteristic aromas and fine balance. After this aging period, the wine is bottled and sealed with a natural cork.
