Adrian Schleihauf is the third-generation owner of the Schleihauf fine fruit distillery, which has specialized in the handmade production of high-quality spirits for over 40 years. The distillery was founded in 1982 by his grandfather Herbert Schleihauf, an experienced cooper and cellar master who laid the foundation for the production of traditional fruit brandies.

Inspired by his cat Rüdiger, Adrian created the Böser Kater brand, which combines a love for cats with a passion for first-class spirits. Adrian and his team continue the family manufactory's tradition. With every purchase of a Böser Kater Gin, a contribution is made to cat welfare, as a portion of the proceeds benefits this cause.

The Böser Kater Two Faced Gin offers a special experience, captivating not only with its taste but also with its appearance. As the name suggests, the gin reveals two different faces, which become particularly visible when tonic water is added.

While the gin shines in a deep blue when served neat, its color changes to a fascinating violet as soon as acidic beverages are added. This color change, which creates a visual highlight, occurs because the gin is produced naturally, deriving its blue color exclusively from secret, yet completely natural, ingredients.
