Adrian Schleihauf is the third-generation owner of the Schleihauf fruit distillery, which has specialized in the handcrafted production of high-quality spirits for over 40 years. The distillery was founded in 1982 by his grandfather Herbert Schleihauf, an experienced cooper and cellar master who laid the foundation for the production of traditional fruit brandies.

Inspired by his cat Rüdiger, the "Böser Kater" (Evil Cat) brand was created, combining a love for cats with a passion for first-class spirits. Adrian and his team continue the family manufactory's tradition. With every purchase of a Böser Kater Gin, a contribution is made to cat welfare, as a portion of the proceeds benefits this cause.

The Böser Kater Heiße Mieze Glühpunsch-Gin is made from high-quality mulled wine from the multi-award-winning C&G Cleebronn-Güglingen wine cooperative. However, caution is advised – due to its combination of gin and mulled wine with an alcohol content of 17% Vol., this mulled punch gin has a considerable effect.
