Ann-Katrin and Johann Dallmeyer, siblings and founders of NORK, have been pursuing the mission of making grain spirits fashionable again since 2016. The basis for this liqueur is NORK Korn, which meets the apple juice from Klimaapfel. Behind the Klimaäpfel (climate apples) is the message "Battered, but not out," as second-grade apples are given a new use here. These apples may show visual defects such as small dents, but they offer the same high-quality taste and quality as first-grade apples. Often, with apples, their external appearance determines their value, although their internal properties remain unchanged.

The juice from Klimaäpfel therefore not only convinces with its taste but also sets an example for sustainability. In combination with NORK Doppelkorn, a high-quality product is created that is characterized by its special taste nuances. As it is a natural product, shaking before consumption is recommended.
