Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has steadily evolved. After working their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionized grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th-century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

Bottega Star White is a Millesimato sparkling wine created from a careful vinification of Moscato, Glera, Chardonnay, and Pinot grapes. Compared to other Bottega wines, it is characterized by new features, including an adjusted sugar content (Demisec) and an aroma dominated by peach, tropical fruits, and floral notes. The selection of these specific grape varieties was made deliberately to create a harmonious product on an organoleptic level. In addition, the use of Pinot Noir ensures improved shelf life for the wine.
