Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has steadily evolved. After working their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionized grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. The Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th-century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant’Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

The choice of raw materials plays a crucial role in vodka production, as it significantly influences the quality of the final product. For this reason, Vodka Bottega is obtained through the fermentation of a sugar infusion, derived exclusively from pure grain. This noble raw material gives the distillate a strong and characteristic expression. Equally important are the distillation techniques, which contribute significantly to the quality of the vodka.

Vodka Bottega undergoes five distillation phases, which allow for optimal extraction of the aromatic properties of the raw material and the creation of a rich, complex distillate. Finally, the vodka is enriched with pure alpine water and carefully filtered to remove impurities that could impair its organoleptic profile.
