The Sibona Grappa di Barbaresco is a high-quality grappa made from the single-varietal pomace of Barbaresco grapes. After careful distillation in traditional copper pot stills, this fine grappa is stored for an extended period in stainless steel tanks. This maturation gives it its wonderfully round and balanced character.

Particularly noteworthy is its complex yet elegant taste, which results from the masterful processing of the grapes and the long maturation. The fascinating aromas of this grappa are best developed at a serving temperature between 9 and 12 °C, which allows its multifaceted notes to be optimally enjoyed.
