The Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona S.p.A. is located in the heart of Piedmont, specifically in Piobesi d'Alba, right in the region where some of the best Piedmontese wines originate. This rare distilling license is only granted by the Italian tax authorities to distilleries that stand out due to their exceptional history and consistent quality. Sibona's Uvedilanga is an outstanding grape distillate, characterized by its full body and intense fruit notes. For its production, predominantly vinified Moscato grapes from the renowned Langhe region are used, with the grape skins also incorporated into the process. After a long and slow fermentation, distillation takes place immediately to preserve the freshness and aromas of the grapes.

The grape distillate is gently distilled in copper stills using a bain-marie, which leads to a particularly smooth processing. Afterwards, the young Uve di Langa rests for an extended period in stainless steel tanks, where it develops its characteristic balance and aromatics. This process ensures a grape distillate of the highest quality and purity.
