The Sibona Distillato di Birra 2.1 Craft Beer Brandy is a high-quality spirit distilled from craft-brewed, unfiltered Italian double malt beer (doppio malto) in copper pot stills. It then matures in stainless steel tanks. The beer brandy clearly bears the characteristics of the double malt beer that serves as its base. The numbers 2.1 in the name stand for the double malt beer (2) and the license number (1) of the Sibona distillery, which is known for traditional craftsmanship and the highest quality.
