These grapes give the Grappa a unique and complex taste that perfectly reflects the freshness and fruitiness of the Barbera. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand using traditional methods and undergo gentle distillation in copper pot stills to extract the aromas of the grapes in their purest form. The Grappa then matures in high-quality oak barrels, which gives it additional depth and a subtle woody note.
