The Scheiblhofer winery is a family business that cultivates approximately 104 hectares of vineyards, making it one of the largest wineries in Burgenland. All grapes are processed in-house and marketed in bottles. The municipality of Andau, where the winery is located, is one of the municipalities with the most hours of sunshine and, due to its mineral-rich gravel soil, creates ideal conditions for full-bodied wines.

The winery is not only well-known for its Prädikat wines but also for its top red wines, such as the excellent "Big John." Johann Scheiblhofer has won more than 300 gold medals in nationwide competitions, making him the most awarded nationwide.

Scheiblhofer Gelber Muskateller presents itself as an exquisite white wine that has matured without the use of barrel aging. This emphasizes the pure and unadulterated expression of the Gelber Muskateller grape. With a recommended drinking maturity until 2027, this wine offers the opportunity to experience its development and unfolding over the years. The wine is bottled with a screw cap.
