The Knöbl Chardonnay is an expressive, elegant white wine from the traditional Knöbl winery in the municipality of Dienersdorf near Kaindorf in Eastern Styria. This family-run business is managed with great passion and commitment by Fritz Knöbl, an experienced winemaker with sound training from the renowned Silberberg Wine School. At the age of 17, Fritz Knöbl already took on responsibility in wine production, after his parents, the founders of the business, had placed their trust in him early on. Today, his name stands for the highest quality standards, sustainable cultivation, and wines with an authentic character.

For this Chardonnay, only carefully selected, fully ripe Chardonnay grapes are used, which thrive in the sun-drenched vineyards around the winery. After manual harvesting, the grapes are gently processed to optimally preserve the freshness and aroma of the fruit. The final bottling is done with a modern screw cap, which safely and reliably maintains the unique character of the wine.

The Knöbl Chardonnay 2020 is exemplary of the quality philosophy and tradition of the Knöbl winery and invites you to taste and discover other wines and juices directly on-site at the winery's own Buschenschank (wine tavern).
