This premium Blanc de Blancs is produced using the traditional bottle-fermentation method and matures in the bottle for nine months to develop its characteristic harmony, finesse and structure. The Weingut Michael winery combines the finest craftsmanship with modern style in this sparkling wine, creating a sparkling wine that is perfect for both festive occasions and moments of pure enjoyment.
After careful maturation, the sparkling wine is bottled and sealed with a natural cork to preserve its freshness and quality as effectively as possible. Best enjoyed within 3 to 5 years, it can be savoured both young and after some ageing, during which it develops even greater complexity. Its fine, sparkling mousse and elegant aromas make it a true highlight amongst sparkling wines.
