Crémant d'Alsace Brut Cattin Rosé is made exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, which thrive on calcareous-clay soils in Alsace. The hand-picked grapes undergo precise fermentation at 18 °C to optimally preserve the fruity aromas. The second fermentation in the bottle using the traditional method ensures a fine perlage and a perfect balance of taste. After aging, the Crémant is carefully bottled and sealed with a natural cork.
