Made in Slovenia, this rum is based on a distillate obtained by distilling fermented syrup from molasses or sugarcane juice, and is distilled to a maximum of 96% alcohol. The rum then acquires its characteristic rum aroma and reddish-brown caramel color through the targeted addition of colorants.
