Bols 1575 Blue is based on a historic recipe of distilled orange peels and is mixed with a botanical spiced rum developed at the distillery in Amsterdam. For this unique liqueur, spices typical of the island of Curaçao, such as vanilla, grains of paradise, and cardamom, are used. These spices give Bols a special warmth and tropical spice notes that add extra boldness and complexity to the rum body. The result is a full orange flavor, accompanied by cardamom notes, based on a rum body with vanilla and grains of paradise.
