The Kracher Winery is located in "Seewinkel" in the Austrian Burgenland. Thanks to the humid and warm climate, evaporation from the lake, and evening fogs, ideal conditions for Botrytis cinerea are created here, forming the basis for outstanding sweet wines like Beerenauslesen and Trockenbeerenauslesen. Gerhard Kracher continues to run the winery with the same dedication. In addition to the famous Trockenbeerenauslesen, the winery also offers Beerenauslesen, Auslesen, Ice Wine, as well as small quantities of dry white and red wine, and is considered one of Austria's most renowned wineries.

The Kracher Beerenauslese Cuvée is made from Welschriesling and Chardonnay grapes that thrive on gravel and sandy soils. The wine matures 80% in steel tanks and 20% in large wooden barrels and is aged for 16 months. With its aging potential until 2036, this Cuvée can best develop its aromas.
