The rum is distilled using the classic pot-still method, which ensures a particularly fine and aromatic quality. The subsequent aging takes place using the Solera process, where the rum matures in former Bourbon barrels made of American oak. This process creates a harmonious blend of flavors and significantly contributes to the quality of the final product.

The Juanillo Oliver family, with Cuban roots, looks back on a long tradition in rum production.
