The Antica Torino Vermouth di Torino Bianco is a classic Italian vermouth with protected designation of origin Vermouth di Torino, reflecting the aromatic tradition of Piedmont in an authentic and artisanal form. Produced by Antica Torino, this Bianco is based on an original family recipe from the 1940s and 1950s, revived in 2016 with the goal of bringing historical flavors and Piedmontese classics back to life. The recipe is a personal legacy within the founding family and is still implemented unchanged today.


The aromatic base consists of wormwood, marjoram, sage, coriander, and iris, which are macerated together in a solution, while licorice is processed separately due to its distinct character. The botanicals macerate for 30 days in 96-proof alcohol, after which the tinctures are pressed, assembled with Italian white wine, alcohol, and caramelized beet sugar, and aged for 45–60 days in stainless steel tanks. After filtration, a further bottle aging of 30–45 days follows. At 16% ABV, this Bianco is milder than red or dry vermouth, and remarkably fresh and palatable. Bottled in a 0.75-liter bottle, it stands for versatility, balance, and classic elegance.
