The Antica Torino brand was founded in 2016 by Vittorio Zoppi and Filippo Antonelli, with the goal of rediscovering traditional Piedmontese recipes and reviving the art of flavored wines, liqueurs, and spirits. The focus is on authentic taste experiences, closely intertwined with the history and culture of the region.

Vermouth di Torino Dry is based on a recipe from the 1950s, a time when the vermouth industry in Turin flourished and developed. This vermouth is characterized by a complex and multifaceted aromatic profile, resulting from the careful selection and processing of high-quality botanicals. Ingredients include absinthe, musk yarrow, sage, thistle, and hyssop, which create an intense interplay of herbal and floral notes.

The production follows a precise process: maceration of the botanicals in 96% alcohol for about 30 days, followed by pressing to extract color. A portion of the macerate is then refined in a distillation apparatus before being combined with macerated and distilled wine. After maturation and refinement in stainless steel tanks, filtration and bottling take place, resulting in an exceptionally harmonious and long-lasting vermouth.
