Polz Steirischer Spiegel is a fascinating cuvée from the renowned South Styria wine region. With a blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 35% Riesling, and 5% Müller-Thurgau, this wine combines the typical characteristics of the region and perfectly reflects the unique terroir. The vines thrive on complex soils composed of shell limestone, clay, sand, calcareous marl, and slate.

The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, allowing the grape varieties to retain their clear fruit and vibrant acidity. After the aging phase, the wine is bottled with a screw cap to preserve its freshness and longevity until at least 2027.
