The selection and special treatment of the casks are crucial for the creation of the A.H. Riise Non Plus Ultra Very Rare Spirit Drink. By charring old casks for a longer period, the blend can penetrate deeper into untouched wood layers. This method, combined with carefully selected base rums, shapes the distinctive taste of the blend. The special quality is evident in every detail, from the deep dark hue to the complex aroma, which is presented in a specially designed, multifaceted bottle.

This spirit drink was produced according to a new recipe, in which the sugar content was reduced. This means that it is less sweet than before, which allows the natural aromas and nuances to come into their own.

Only 3,000 bottles are handcrafted annually.
