Emil Bauer Sauvignon Blanc No Terrorist is a distinctive and expressive, single-varietal Sauvignon Blanc from the Pfalz, bearing the signature of the renowned Emil Bauer & Söhne winery. The grapes thrive under ideal conditions in the Pfalz, where the vines drive their roots deep into soils of loam, limestone, and loess.

At the time of optimal ripeness, the grapes are harvested particularly quickly and during a cool time of day to preserve their intense aromas. After careful hand-picking, the grapes are immediately transported to the cellar, where they are selected and gently pressed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures to preserve the fresh fruit and aromatic intensity. After fermentation is complete, the wine matures on fine lees for several months, gaining structure and fullness. Finally, it is bottled and sealed with a screw cap.
