The history of Nc'nean Distillery began in 2012 when Annabel Thomas had the vision to establish a sustainable whisky distillery on the remote Drimnin Estate in the Scottish Highlands. Originally known as Drimnin, the name was changed in 2017 to Nc'nean – a shortened form of Neachneohain, a legendary ghost queen from Gaelic mythology. The name is pronounced "Nook-knee-anne" and symbolizes the distillery's deep connection to nature.

Nc'nean Organic Gin is an exceptional organic gin from Great Britain, crafted with a select assortment of botanicals. As a sustainable distillery, Nc'nean consistently focuses on environmentally friendly production methods and the highest organic quality. The gin is certified according to GB-ORG-06 and impresses not only with its sustainable production but also with a distinctive flavor profile.

In the production of Nc'nean Organic Gin, a sophisticated blend of ten botanicals is used. In addition to classic juniper notes, herbs, spices, and floral accents create a multi-faceted aroma. Particularly exciting is the second distillation, which is carried out in cooperation with the sustainable Beinn An Tuirc Distillery.
