The Carlos Serres Método Tradicional Rioja Brut DOC is an elegant sparkling wine, produced using traditional bottle fermentation, from the renowned Rioja wine region. This special cuvée combines the region's best white grape varieties with careful vinification according to the Méthode Traditionnelle, which is also used for Champagne. This means that the second fermentation takes place in the bottle, giving the sparkling wine a fine, long-lasting perlage and exceptional complexity.

The vineyards for this Rioja Brut are located in Haro, in the heart of Rioja Alta, where calcareous soils and a temperate climate provide ideal conditions for growing high-quality grapes. After the first fermentation, a long maturation on the lees follows, which gives the sparkling wine an impressive richness and elegant freshness. The result is a complex, finely sparkling and balanced Brut with a perfect balance of fruit, acidity and minerality.
