The foundation of this whiskey is a classic rye mash, which provides a strong, spicy character. Maturation takes place in ex-bourbon barrels, supplemented with staves of oak and apple wood to create additional aromatic complexity. As a single barrel bottling, each batch is individually bottled, giving each bottle a special, unmistakable note.
