The base of this extraordinary gin is dried and shredded stale bread from the Aschauer bakery, which is further processed in an innovative upcycling process by Josef Farthofer, an organic distiller. This method is reminiscent of gin but with its own creative twist. The organic distiller mashes, ferments, distills, and refines the stale bread with a total of 15 different botanicals, resulting in a unique flavor. Here, traditional baking craftsmanship and innovative distilling artistry meet – a true rarity that combines sustainability with enjoyment.
