Description
Description
The Tschida winery, located in the renowned wine region of Illmitz in Burgenland, is internationally known for its high-quality dessert wines. With decades of experience in wine production, the family-run winery has made a name for itself particularly through its noble sweet specialties. The vineyards span over 40 hectares on the eastern shore of Lake Neusiedl, a region known for its unique microclimate and ideal conditions for growing noble sweet wines.
Tschida Angerhof Auslese impresses with its balanced structure and precise vinification. Made from a harmonious cuvée of Chardonnay, Sämling 88, and Welschriesling grape varieties, this wine guarantees a multifaceted aromatic spectrum and the highest quality. Its classification as an Auslese emphasizes that only the best, ripest grapes are used. Vinification takes place entirely in stainless steel tanks, where fermentation and storage occur in a process that optimally preserves the wine's natural freshness, vibrant fruitiness, and delicate acidity. After maturation, it is bottled with a screw cap.
The wine is ideal for relaxed moments of enjoyment and summer occasions, where it can fully demonstrate its strengths both as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to light dishes.
