Description
The Tschida winery, located in the renowned wine region of Illmitz in Burgenland, is internationally known for its high-quality dessert wines. With decades of experience in wine production, the family winery has made a name for itself particularly through its noble sweet specialties. The vineyards cover 40 hectares on the eastern shore of Lake Neusiedl, a region known for its unique microclimate and ideal conditions for growing noble sweet wines.
Tschida Angerhof Illmitzer Spätlese is an outstanding wine that perfectly combines traditional viticulture with modern winemaking in harmonious balance. Made from the Sämling 88 grape variety and classified as Spätlese, this wine impresses with its balanced harmony of vibrant fruitiness and a delicate residual sweetness. The carefully selected grapes are harvested at their optimal ripeness and fermented and stored in stainless steel tanks, preserving their natural aromas and characteristic minerality. This is followed by gentle bottling into bottles sealed with a screw cap.
The precise winemaking and authentic signature of this wine make it a special moment of enjoyment for demanding wine lovers and connoisseurs of regional viticulture.
