Eichenwald HORIZZANTE Blanc de Noirs is an exceptional sparkling wine made from 100% Blaufränkisch grapes. This "white" sparkling wine made from red grapes impressively demonstrates how versatile and characterful this grape variety can be, even in the production of sparkling wines. The grapes are gently pressed so that only the light must is obtained. This is fermented under temperature control to preserve the aromas and create the basis for this elegant and lively sparkling wine.
