Leo Hillinger is a visionary entrepreneur and vintner who has led his passion for winemaking to international recognition. His winery, which now proudly encompasses 100 hectares of vineyards, is known not only in Austria but worldwide for its excellent wines. After apprenticeships in Europe and California, Hillinger purchased 12 hectares of vineyards, laying the foundation for his successful winery in Jois, which opened in 2004. The company expanded with several Wineshop & Bars throughout Austria and a long-standing business relationship with Constantia Glen Winery in South Africa. In 2012, Hillinger was honored as "Entrepreneur of The Year" by Ernst & Young, highlighting his outstanding role in the wine industry.

Hillinger Small Hill Rosé is composed of a balanced blend of 50% Zweigelt, 25% Pinot Noir, and 25% St. Laurent grapes. The wine matures in steel tanks to preserve its freshness and fruitiness. After maturation, it is bottled and securely sealed with a practical screw cap. With a storage potential of up to 2 years, Hillinger Small Hill Rosé offers optimal drinking maturity.
