It is distilled using the classic double-distillation method, which gives it its aromatic clarity and smooth structure. With an alcohol content of 42% Vol. and its maturation in a selection of special woods, this brandy offers a complex and finely tuned taste experience.

The Armagnac spends its first maturation phase for six months in large oak barrels before being transferred to chestnut, cherry, and walnut wood barrels for further aging. This special selection of barrels not only shapes the taste but also the noble amber hue of this brandy. The combination of fruity base wine and multi-layered aging results in a particularly harmonious and multifaceted character – typical of the EVO line and an expression of artisanal sophistication.
