Amázzoni Gin is a multi-award-winning dry gin from Brazil, which impressively combines the rich botanical diversity of the Amazon region with traditional European gin-making craftsmanship. It is produced at Brazil’s first dedicated gin distillery, the Amázzoni Destilaria, which is housed on a historic coffee farm in the state of Rio de Janeiro.

The base of this gin is a pure neutral spirit, which is distilled together with eleven carefully selected botanicals in classic copper stills. Alongside juniper berries, the heart of the gin, it also features unusual ingredients such as açai berries, cocoa, chestnut, cinnamon, bay leaf, lemon peel, coriander and other regional plants from the rainforest. This combination creates a complex flavour profile with exotic notes that is both powerful and smooth – perfectly balanced with an alcohol content of 42 % vol.

Amázzoni was born out of a desire to create a gin with a Brazilian identity that not only impresses with its aroma but also reflects the country’s cultural and natural diversity.
