Description
Description
The Doppio Passo Rosato Primitivo Puglia IGT 2024 is an elegant, fruit-driven rosé wine from the sunny south of Italy. This expressive wine is produced by CVCB – Casa Vinicola Carlo Botter in the traditional wine-growing region of Puglia, known for sun-drenched, powerful, and aromatic wines. The foundation is the popular Primitivo grape variety, whose grapes are harvested exclusively by hand at perfect ripeness.
After the selective hand harvest, the grapes are quickly transported to the winery, where they are sorted, gently crushed, and then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The Rosato then matures on its fine lees for several months, further developing its structure, freshness, and aromatic harmony. The result is a off-dry, fruit-intensive rosé wine that delights with its lively character and velvety texture. With an alcohol content of 12% by volume, this Rosato is pleasantly light, balanced, and ideal for the warmer months.
