This characterful cuvée blends the white grape varieties Chardonnay, Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Marsanne, Mauzac and Muscat. The production process is based on a traditional vinification technique in which the whole white grapes are fermented together with their skins and stems and macerated in a similar way to red wine.
