Made from 100% Merlot, this wine reflects the full potential of the grape variety – warm, profound, with a silky tannin structure and aromatic density. The vines are rooted in black earth consisting of loamy silt with a high gravel content, a soil that gives the wine a clear structure, fruit depth, and mineral freshness.

After traditional mash fermentation in steel tanks at 30°C with a 14-day maceration period, the grapes undergo malolactic fermentation. The wine is then aged for 12 months in small oak barrels made from 100% new wood – a maturation method that imparts richness, silky tannins, and an elegant roasted aroma to the wine. With 14.5% alcohol by volume, the Merlot Reserve impresses with intense fruit, harmonious depth, and an impressive aging potential until at least 2034.
