The Lackner Tinnacher Sauvignon Blanc Gamlitz 2024 is an expressive, terroir-driven white wine from the renowned wine-growing community of Gamlitz in Südsteiermark DAC. It comes from the biodynamically managed Lackner Tinnacher winery, known for its precise, elegant style and uncompromising quality philosophy. The 2024 vintage impressively reflects the delicate interplay between origin, grape variety, and sustainable viticulture – an elegant Sauvignon Blanc with depth, freshness, and long aging potential.

The harvest time was individually determined for each vineyard parcel between mid-September and mid-October to pick each parcel at its ideal ripeness. The grapes were hand-picked and, after 18 hours of maceration, spontaneously fermented 75% in stainless steel tanks and 25% in large, neutral wooden barrels. The wine then matured on its fine lees for six months, which gives it additional texture and complexity.

With an alcohol content of 12.5% Vol., this Sauvignon Blanc combines freshness with structure – an ideal wine for discerning connoisseurs and lovers of Styrian aromatics.
