The Mionetto Prosecco Treviso Brut DOC, with 11% ABV in a 0.75-liter bottle, is a high-quality Spumante from the province of Treviso, produced exclusively from the Glera grape variety. The grapes come from carefully selected vineyards whose climate and soil structure offer ideal conditions for fresh, aromatic Prosecco base wines. Vinification takes place using the Charmat method, where the base wine is fermented in a pressure tank. This preserves the fruity aromatics while developing a fine, lively perlage. After a maturation period of at least 6 months, a particularly elegant Brut with precise structure and fine minerality is created.
