The Ripa Della Volta Valpolicella Superiore DOC 2022 is an elegant red wine from Veneto, characterized by authenticity, freshness, and classic style. The blend is based on the traditional Valpolicella grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, which ripen under optimal conditions in the rolling hills of the Valpolicella region. As a Superiore, this wine bears the seal of a longer maturation period and a higher extract content compared to classic Valpolicella, which is clearly reflected in its structure and expression.

The grapes are carefully selected, and after temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, a short aging period in wooden barrels follows, giving the wine depth, elegance, and fine spice without losing its drinkability. With a moderate alcohol content of 12.5% Vol., the 2022 vintage offers a particularly accessible and balanced interpretation of the Valpolicella style – fresh, fruit-driven, and with clear origins.
