The Val de Rance Cru Breton Cidre Doux is a mild and traditional apple cider from Brittany, which, with only 2% ABV, is one of the particularly light representatives of its kind. Produced by the long-established cooperative Les Celliers Associés, this cider is based on carefully selected, regional apple varieties and is processed according to Breton artisanal tradition. Only fresh apples are used, which are gently pressed, fermented at low temperatures, and bottled without additives or preservatives.

The Cru Breton Doux is exemplary of the sweeter style of French ciders, which is particularly valued in Brittany. The low alcohol content is achieved by an early fermentation stop, which preserves a high proportion of the natural fruit sweetness.
