The blend consists of 45–55 per cent Pinot Noir, around 10 per cent of which is vinified as red wine, complemented by 35–45 per cent Pinot Meunier, also partly aged as red wine. A 5–10 per cent proportion of Chardonnay provides a fresh counterpoint, ensuring balance and vibrancy. After a maturation period of around 18 months in the house’s cellars, followed by an additional resting period after disgorgement, the cuvée develops its remarkable depth and harmony. With a dosage of 45 g/l, the Nectar Impérial Rosé falls into the Demi-Sec category and combines intense fruit aromas with a silky texture and exceptional smoothness.
