The Vermentino and Trebbiano grape varieties form the basis for the wines produced there. The excellent spring climate, with optimal conditions in April and May, promotes rapid growth of the vines. A hot July initiates grape ripening, gently supported by rainfall in the following month. The cooling in August allows essential components to concentrate in the grapes, leading to excellent quality in terms of aromas and polyphenols.

The wines are vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit. Finally, the wines are sealed with a natural cork, which underlines the traditional approach to winemaking and ensures the quality of the final product.
