The Poli Grappa di Bolgheri Sassicaia 2019 is an elegant vintage grappa, distilled from the high-quality pomace of the famous Tuscan wine Sassicaia – one of Italy's most renowned red wines with international cult status. The grape varieties used, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, come directly from the vineyards of Tenuta San Guido in Bolgheri. This exclusive combination of great wine tradition and artisanal distilling makes this bottling one of Italy's most prestigious grappas.

The grappa is produced at the Poli Distillerie in Veneto, a family-run distillery with a long tradition since 1898. Distillation takes place discontinuously in copper pot stills under vacuum – a particularly aroma-preserving process. After distillation, the grappa matures for several months in French oak barrels, which gives it a complex structure and fine wood aromas. Bottled at 40% Vol. and presented in an elegant tin box, this grappa represents sophisticated enjoyment with heritage and character.
