Made from a carefully balanced cuvée of 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir), this Prosecco Rosé unites the delicate fruity elegance of white Prosecco with the structure and color of Pinot Nero. The grapes come from the AI GALLI winery's own vineyards in Pramaggiore, on medium-density, clayey soils that offer optimal conditions for finesse and aroma.

Vinification takes place using the Charmat method, with the grapes initially vinified separately. The Pinot Nero undergoes classic rosé fermentation after a short maceration, while the Glera portion is cold fermented in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, both base wines are blended and transferred to pressure tanks for the second fermentation, which proceeds at 14–16 °C for about 20 days. After reaching the desired pressure, the wine is stabilized at –4 °C and then rests on the lees for about another month to develop finesse and complexity.
