The AI GALLI Pinot Nero Veneto IGT is a single-varietal red wine made from 100% Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir), combining the elegance of this demanding grape variety with the aromatic expressiveness of eastern Veneto. The grapes come from the winery's own vineyards in Pramaggiore, where they grow on medium-density clay soils – ideal conditions for Pinot Noir with elegance, structure, and finesse.

The vinification follows the classic red wine fermentation on the skins: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks lasts 8 to 10 days at a controlled temperature of 24–26 °C, using carefully selected yeasts. After pressing, the wine continues to mature in stainless steel tanks to preserve its aromatic clarity and freshness. The style remains deliberately puristic, without oak barrel aging – thus showcasing the Pinot Nero in its pure, fruit-driven form.

With an alcohol content of 13% Vol., this wine stands for balance, lightness, and complexity – a typical example of a fruity, subtly spicy Pinot Noir from Northern Italy.
